Convenient location near a bus stop 🚌. the room had a cool theme and the beds were really comfy, which was a good deal for the price.

In Soggiorno Sogna Firenze you feel like home. The stuffs like thier job and you feel free and hotel is really clean. I recomnd it with my strong words.

The only problem (just in some rooms) is noisy! I recommend you to ask reception to let you to stay at rooms that have no wintow to the street.

My stay at Hotel Soggiorno was very pleasent, my room was cleaned and tidy every day and the air conditioning was a blessing. Breakfast included was basic though i would'nt expect anything more it was enough to get you going, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable and were also very helpful with booking tickets and public transport information in fact they made me feel at home. After my experience i was more than happy to pay for seven nights at this hotel a nice little cosy florentine style one, and the owners well...absolutely adorable Italian couple.

The breakfast with cakes is hearty and satisfactory for what is offered. The place has perfect and magnificent location to the city center by walking on the nearby river side which has a lot of great views. A restaurant is about 100 metres from here.

The staff were very friendly, the old couple (owners) were not able to speak English, but they were really nice and welcoming. The rooms design was pretty good, with old but very nice tables and chairs. The air conditioner works good enough to keep you away from hot summery air outside.

Some times it was a bit noisy (specially in the morning).

The staff were incredible and the breakfast was hearty and good with cakes and coffee offered, for example. Besides, the location was good and magnificent for our stay, within 25 minutes' walk of Olivo at Mission Hills.

The staff was courteous. Rooms were clean and neat towels. Decent breakfast. Good WiFi. Provided tips for the travelers on what to see and where to get information. Provided us with a free map. Not too far from station. Gave us a welcome pack of chocolates. :)

Noisy bed. Rooms a bit old. The whole building shook whenever a heavy vehicle passed by. The shower door was broken. No Hair Dryer. Not all staff could speak English. Location a bit difficult to locate(15 mins walking to station). Bus Stop not on the same road.

It's a nice place to stay in Florence and the people who owns the hotel are very gently and helpfull.

The towels are changed only every each three days.
